If the Eaglenet login does not work, login to your AIS email (http://mail.ais.edu.hk):
- If you can login to your AIS email, go to your email settings, and under Forwarding and POP/IMAP, make sure POP is enabled.
- In addition, you may need to allow access to "less-secure apps" in your Google Account. To do this: click on your profile picture at the top right corner in AIS mail, then click on "My Account". Under "Sign-in & Security" -> "Connected Apps & Sites" -> change the "Allow less secure apps" option to ON.
- If you cannot login to your AIS email, you need to go to the school office to reset your email password.
If the problem persists, feel free to visit the AIS Genius Bar in the 125 hall.
